Services · Managed Services

Keep it running, keep it monitored, keep it compliant.

Design and deployment are finite. Operations are not. Our RUN services cover the day-to-day: network and infrastructure operations, security monitoring and incident response, and the evidence-gathering that keeps a compliance posture current between audits.

The position

Design and deployment are finite. Operations are not.

Day to day

Network and infrastructure operations across the estate.

Around the clock

Security monitoring and incident response.

Between audits

The evidence-gathering that keeps a compliance posture current.

Frameworks & standards

The compliance work is measured against a named standard, not a house checklist.

What compliance management maintains evidence against

ISO 27001
Information security management
Control evidence is collected and kept current against the clauses that apply to your certification, so an auditor is reviewing a maintained position rather than a document assembled the week before.
NIST
Identify, protect, detect, respond, recover
Where a client's own obligations, insurer or parent organisation already expect a NIST-aligned posture, monitoring and reporting are structured to speak the same language as that audit.
How we work

The same four stages, whatever the engagement.

This line is the fourth stage — the one that does not end.

  1. 01

    Assess

Establish the current state against your actual requirements — scope, users, performance expectations and compliance obligations.

  2. 02

    Design

Produce the target architecture with its security controls designed in, plus the tactical plan to reach it.

  3. 03

    Deploy

Build, configure and cut over — leaving as-built documentation and standard operating procedures behind.

  4. 04 · This line

    Run

Operate, monitor and maintain the compliance position, so the estate does not drift back from the design.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do you take over from our internal IT team entirely?

No — not unless that is what you want. The scope, the escalation path and which decisions stay with your team are agreed and written down before the engagement starts, so responsibility is never ambiguous.

Can we start with just one of the three services?

Yes. NOC, SOC and compliance management are each scoped and engaged independently — most clients start with one and add the others once the first is running as expected.

How does escalation work between the operations floor and our team?

Severity thresholds and an escalation path are agreed as part of onboarding, along with who is contacted, how, and in what order — so it is defined before the first incident, not decided during it.

Is this a replacement for the design and deployment work, or does it follow it?

It follows it — Managed Services is the fourth stage after assess, design and deploy. We also take on operations for estates we did not build, once we have reviewed how they were put together.
